A boutique athlete management agency specializing in contract negotiation, sponsorships, endorsements, branding and personal development.

FLA Sports was originally established in 2004 as All Pro Enterprises, a concierge service for professional athletes by Mike Jones, CEO and Founder. Soon, it became evident that negotiating marketing and endorsement deals in addition to contractual negotiations was far more beneficial for its clients and evolved into a full-fledged agency. The first client under FLA Sports was XXXV NFL Superbowl champion, Anthony Mitchell. Despite having played as a professional safety in the league for six years, Mitchell had never received a single marketing or endorsement deal. Within the first 3 months of working with FLA, Mr. Mitchell signed two endorsement deals.

Today, FLA works with professional athletes, coaches, and prospects across all sports both nationally and world-wide and represents a combined 32 years of professional athlete management and development experience.
